We value our reputation of being known as diligent, hardworking, honest and caring attorneys who aggressively fight for our clients, whether it be in the arena of a trial in the courtroom or in the resolution of a case outside of the courtroom in some non-judicial disposition. We are an experienced team of trial attorneys and we are not timid or hesitant about the prospect of trying a case in the courtroom when the need arises. We have been practicing criminal defense trial work in the Central Texas area for decades. We encourage you to check on our reputation as dependable, knowledgeable and skillful criminal defense trial attorneys.
About our Law Firm:
At the Law Offices of Swanton & Frederick, we focus exclusively on criminal law and we make it our business to work to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients. We operate as a team in the office and in the courtroom. We generally believe that when trying cases "two heads are better than one." We assist each other in preparing witnesses, evaluating evidence, selecting the jury, cross-examining witnesses, and arguing the case before the jury. In most cases, if you go to trial, you will have both of us by your side representing you. Our criminal defense trial practice consists of representing a wide variety of individuals who find themselves confronted with the criminal justice system, including:
People who have been wrongfully charged and are seeking a chance to clear their reputation.
Clients seeking an opportunity for a second chance after an unfortunate mistake.
Citizens who are dealing with problems of addiction to alcohol or narcotics and the problems associated with those addictions.
People who just don't have the resources in life to get the help they might need.
